By installing or using the Supporty Slack Application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supporty is a customer support integration tool for Slack. We provide features that allow teams to manage support tickets directly within their Slack workspace. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must be a registered user of Slack. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack account and workspace.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Supporty and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Supporty, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
